Furniture Share Warehouse Volunteer

Volunteer
The Furniture Share relies on volunteers to help us serve over 240 individuals each month. There is always something to be done here and we can use your help Mon-Thur from 10-3. Please contact Michelle at bfs1@peak.org for more information about volunteering, or call (541) 754-9511.

Volunteer Opportunities Include

·Help redistribute donated items to clients
Sort incoming linens and prepare them for families
Pack/Unpack small household items for families
Test small electrical items to determine proper functioning
Clean upholstery of sofas and armchairs
Answer the telephone
Organize and tidy the Warehouse shelves l
Pass out information about Furniture Share to local businesses
Assist in Annual Benefit Sales
